·     Inventory Management using phpMyAdmin.  Responsible for overseeing the complete process from inputting new products to deletions following sales, and managing the shipping of products.

Network Monitor - Network Operations Center – Network Support

·     NOC is responsible for the support of sites supervisors, located throughout the US, that run the backup and restore, and data recovery for 1000’s of servers nationwide.

·     Used tools such as Micromuse’s Netcool, Trellasoft, and Infovista to monitor and process network events and create reports on network performance.

·     Used email and Bridgetrack, a ticket tracking system, to monitor the outstanding issues and verify resolution.

·     UNIX environment, using Solaris OS, and SUN E-450/U-5/A1000 at each site for Veritas Netbackup.

·     Redhat Linux and Solaris OS were used to run tools to process SNMP events, and monitor the network.

·     Support Technician focused mainly on support for Intel’s Suite of Home Networking Products called Anypoint.

·     High Volume Call Center Environment, working on a team of about 30 technicians.

·     Support for the Watchguard Technologies product called SOHO, used for firewall and network security.

Merchant Support - Unix

·     Merchant Support for the Market Order system for major ordering systems for distribution facilities such as Associated Grocers and ACE Hardware.

·     Telnet was used to remotely administer the Unix machines running the order systems.

·     Handheld scanners were used on the floor to process orders and then send the data to the distribution centers.

Senior Implementation Engineer

·     Senior Implementation Engineer involved in managing the entire implementation process, from the sales engineer role, through implementation and finally merchant support.

·     Worked directly with all of our merchants, including Classmates, McAfee and Netzip, installing the eCharge phone product and ongoing merchant support.

·     Phone 3.0 Software Project - Represented the Implementation Team and the merchants for 1 year plus project of the Upgrade Release to Phone 2.0. This project finally reached BETA and was released into general availability December 18th, 2000. This has included building software requirements, working with QA and Development team in Seattle and Vancouver, User Acceptance Testing and finally Beta Testing. I was also responsible for technical documentation, process development, writing and executing test cases, escalation of system bugs and building the Implementation process for deployment.

·         Worked with HTML, ASP, Java, JavaScript, CGI and Perl scripts

·         Worked on Windows NT, 95, 98 2k and ME; Linux/Unix

·         Worked on MS IIS and Apache Web Servers.

·         Experience with SQL, writing scripts for Oracle Database.
